Compensation:

Total Weekly Gross at 40 Hours: $4,431.90/week

Breakdown of Pay Rate:

Hourly on W2 : $79.65 per hour (Taxable Part) | Weekly on W2: $3,185.90 per week (Taxable Part)

Stipend: $1,246.00 per week (Non-Taxable Part)

• Pay Cycle: Weekly (Paid every Friday)
• Guaranteed: 40 hours/week
• Overtime: After 40 hours/week
• OT Rate: $119.48/hour
• Call: Potential call coverage

Position Overview:

Adena Regional Medical Center is seeking an experienced OR Nurse Manager to oversee surgical services across multiple specialties, including Urology, ENT, Vascular, OB/GYN, Cardiothoracic, General Surgery, and Acute Care Surgery .

The Nurse Manager will be responsible for daily OR operations, staff management, patient care oversight, quality outcomes, and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Operating Room.
• Manage and lead OR nursing and surgical services staff.
• Ensure safe, high-quality patient care and positive clinical outcomes.
• Support surgical services across multiple specialties.
• Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor quality, safety, and operational performance.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to OR staff.
• Promote effective communication and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and professional standards.
• Support efficient daily operations and maintain high standards of perioperative care.
• Perform other departmental leadership responsibilities as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of OR/Operating Room experience Required
• Minimum 3 years of management or leadership experience Required
• Strong perioperative leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Current active state license Required
• BLS/BCLS Required
• ACLS Required
• PALS Preferred
• CNOR - Preferred
• Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility.
