Arbor Associates is seeking dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals in a residential setting in Windsor, CT. This role requires consistency, professionalism, and the ability to provide structured, hands‑on support across both first and second shifts, including weekends. If you’re reliable, team‑oriented, and comfortable in a hands‑on care environment, this is a strong fit. What you’ll do Provide direct care and supervision in a residential setting Support individuals with daily living skills, routines, and community engagement Assist with ADLs while maintaining dignity and privacy Implement behavior support strategies as needed Transport individuals to appointments and activities Accurately document shift activity and communicate with team members Benefits Over 40 Years of Experience – With decades of experience, we know how to support our staff and help them succeed.
