Technical Specialist

Technical Specialist – Expert (IT Modernization Program) accel bi corporation is seeking a highly experienced Technical Specialist – Expert to support a large-scale enterprise modernization initiative within a public sector environment. This role requires strong expertise in technical delivery, cloud environments, integrations, and vendor coordination across complex, multi-team programs. Local Candidates Only: Must reside in the Triangle region (mandatory) Employment Type: Full-Time W2 with accel bi corporation Compensation: $95,000 – $110,000 annually (inclusive of benefits) Key Responsibilities Technical Delivery & Execution Drive day-to-day technical execution across modernization workstreams Support data conversion, cloud (Azure) environment setup, integrations, testing Identify and manage technical risks, issues, and dependencies Ensure full deployment readiness of systems and integrations Work closely with vendors, technical teams, and program leadership Validate technical readiness of solution components Facilitate alignment across internal teams and external partners Governance & Documentation Review and approve: Test plans Conversion plans Runbooks Participate in program meetings and communicate status, risks, and decisions Support knowledge transfer activities Required Skills (MANDATORY) 8+ years in technical delivery / system modernization Strong experience with: ETL / data conversion processes / integrations Experience working in complex multi-team environments Strong vendor management and collaboration skills Additional mandatory Skills Experience with SharePoint, relational databases Experience with state/public sector environments Agile / Scrum delivery experience Experience building dashboards and reporting metrics Important Requirements (Strict Screening) Must be currently local to Raleigh / Triangle region (NC) Must be able to work hybrid onsite as needed Must be available for webcam or in-person interviews Must be able to come onsite Day 1 to collect equipment Must have valid U.S. work authorization Submission Requirements Updated resume (Word format) 3 professional references Why Join accel bi corporation Work on large-scale enterprise modernization programs Strong exposure to cloud, integration, and transformation initiatives High-visibility role with cross-team collaboration Long-term opportunity with growth potential Apply Now Interested candidates with strong technical delivery and modernization experience are encouraged to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr accel bi corporation
