Position Summary

Relive Health Wellington is seeking an outgoing, highly organized, customer-focused, and results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team.

This is a phone-heavy, relationship-focused position responsible for responding to new leads, communicating with prospective patients, consistently following up, and ultimately converting interested prospects into scheduled consultations and appointments .

We are looking for someone who combines exceptional customer service with a strong sales and results mindset . The ideal candidate is warm and professional, confident on the phone and in person, builds relationships easily, follows through, and is comfortable asking for the appointment.

Our goal is simple: Respond quickly. Build relationships. Follow up consistently. Get them scheduled.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to incoming leads from phone, text, web, social media, and marketing campaigns.

• Make outbound calls and consistently follow up with prospective patients.

• Build rapport, understand patient interests and goals, answer general service questions, and confidently guide prospects toward scheduling.

• Convert qualified leads into scheduled consultations and appointments .

• Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone , ensuring prospective and existing patients feel welcomed, heard, and valued.

• Educate prospective patients about Relive services, pricing, memberships, promotions, and the consultation process using approved clinic information.

• Manage leads, follow-up activity, and pipeline status through Driply CRM , including re-engaging older and unconverted leads.

• Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth scheduling and patient handoffs.

• Maintain appropriate boundaries and escalate medical or clinical questions to the clinical team.

• Work toward established performance goals, including response time, follow-up activity, booking rates, conversion rates, and appointment show rates .

• Maintain a team-first mindset and assist with front desk coverage, patient communication, scheduling, administrative tasks, promotions, events, or other general office needs when reasonably needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, lead conversion, appointment setting, client acquisition, customer service, or a similar communication-focused role strongly preferred.

• Health, wellness, fitness, aesthetics, medical spa, hospitality, or service-industry experience is a plus.

• CRM or lead-management experience preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Schedule & Flexibility

This is a full-time, in-person position requiring flexibility based on lead activity, patient needs, and clinic operations.

Because timely lead response and follow-up are essential to this role, responsibilities may occasionally extend beyond the clinic's standard operating hours . Later hours or schedule adjustments may be needed for time-sensitive lead follow-up, patient communication, high-volume periods, promotions, events, campaigns, or staffing needs.

All hours worked must be accurately recorded and will be handled in accordance with applicable timekeeping and overtime policies.

Compensation & Performance Bonus

$20–$24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Following successful completion of the first 90 days of employment and a performance review , the employee may become eligible for a performance-based bonus opportunity .

Bonus structure and performance criteria will be determined by Relive Health Wellington and may consider lead follow-up, appointment bookings, conversion rates, show rates, CRM management, revenue contribution, reliability, teamwork, and overall performance .

Performance-based bonus eligibility is separate from base hourly compensation and is not guaranteed.
