What You'll DoAs a Collision Repair Estimator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers feel confident and informed throughout the repair process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing vehicle damage and preparing accurate repair estimates.
- Communicating repair needs and costs clearly to customers.
- Collaborating with technicians to ensure estimates align with repair requirements.
- Managing insurance claims and liaising with adjusters as needed.
- Maintaining detailed records of estimates and repair documentation.
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
We’re seeking a professional with the following qualifications and skills:
- 3+ years of experience in collision repair estimating or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair processes and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with estimating software is a plus.
