General Labor Warehouse Positions Starting Late July

Job Title: General Labor Warehouse

Department: Warehouse Operations

Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Rialto, CA

Schedule: 1st and 2nd shifts are available with shift differential

Position Summary: We are seeking dependable and hardworking General associates to support warehouse operations. This position is responsible for assisting with receiving, sorting, packaging, shipping, inventory control, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Sort, stage, and organize products within the warehouse.
• Feeding items though "Shrink" machine to wrap product.
• Ensure products are properly packaged and labeled according to customer requirements.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Assist with general warehouse housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
• Oversee bailer operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Pass e-verify and background check

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment.
• Exposure to moving machinery, forklifts, and warehouse equipment.
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
