What You'll Do

As a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate, you'll split your time between making deliveries and helping keep our warehouse running smoothly.

Your responsibilities include:

• Safely operate a company box truck to deliver commercial tires.
• Load and unload tires safely using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
• Verify orders before leaving the warehouse.
• Deliver products accurately and professionally to customers.
• Obtain customer signatures and complete delivery paperwork.
• Receive incoming shipments.
• Organize inventory and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Help prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns immediately.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every delivery.

Delivery Area

Most deliveries are made throughout:

• Northern Illinois
• Northwest Indiana
• Wisconsin
• Iowa
• Missouri

Occasionally, deliveries are made to:

• Kentucky (approximately a 10–12 hour workday)
• Arkansas (overnight trip approximately once or twice per month as business requires)

When overnight travel is required, hotel accommodations are provided and travel time is paid.

Schedule

Typical schedule:

Monday-Friday

Start time is generally 9:00 AM .

Most weeks average 30-35 hours , with opportunities for 40+ hours during busier periods .

Because we're a growing company, workloads vary throughout the year. We believe in being upfront about that rather than making promises we can't keep.

No regular weekends.

Qualifications

Required:

• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and move 50-100+ pounds .
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work on your feet throughout the day.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred:

• Previous box truck delivery experience.
• Warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience (training available if needed).
• DOT Medical Card (or willingness to obtain one if required).
