Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $51.29

What You'll Do

• Provide emergency nursing care in a fast-paced hospital ER setting
• Triage incoming patients and prioritize care based on severity
• Interpret dysrhythmias, administer emergency medications, and perform procedural sedation
• Manage ventilated patients, trauma cases, psych holds, and pediatric emergencies
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC system
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient outcomes
• Support float and coverage needs across the emergency department

What You Need

• Ohio RN license
• 2+ years of ER experience in a busy hospital environment
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI
• Comfort with triage, medical procedures, and emergency protocols
• Ability to adapt to high-pressure situations and follow protocols precisely

This assignment is at a prominent hospital in Columbus, Ohio, in a level I trauma, stroke, and STEMI-certified emergency department. The RN will work a night shift schedule, 3 days per week, in a collaborative and supportive environment designed to foster high-quality patient care and professional growth.
