Direct Support Professional - Belchertown, MA

Full-Time | 2nd Shift & 3rd Shift | Residential Program

About the Role

Arbor Associates is seeking dependable, energetic Direct Support Professionals to join our residential team in Belchertown. In this role, you will support children ages 6-12 in a structured, caring environment - helping them build skills, navigate their day, and feel safe and supported.

This is a hands-on position that requires genuine commitment to working with children, comfort with behavioral support needs, and the physical ability to respond quickly when needed.

Schedule

• Shifts: 2nd and 3rd shift positions available
• Hours: Start and end times are fixed
• Weekends: Required
• Days: Some flexibility on weekday scheduling

Training Requirement: All new staff must complete site-specific training prior to working independently. Training sessions are held Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Candidates must be available to attend.
