Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights (19:00 - 07:30) | 36 hours per week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of patients in an emergency room setting
• Coordinate, manage, provide, and delegate patient care activities
• Meet and maintain established Standards of Nursing Practice
• Promote cooperation and effective communication among the health care team

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Minimum of one year of recent acute care RN experience
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (AHA or ARC) required within 6 months of hire or transfer
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (AHA or ARC; ENPC meets PALS requirement) required within 6 months of hire or transfer

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health records system
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) certification or experience
