Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners! We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
NBCOT Certification
Occupational Therapist License
Driver‘s License with picture identification
Background check
Skills checklist from agency
Records of nursing related competencies/exams
Tuberculosis test records
Hepatitis vaccine record
Influenza vaccine or declination
Copy of agency‘s Certificate of Liability Insurance
Drug Test
Attestation Form
