Long-Term Care Pharmacy Technician (Direct Hire Opprtunity)
Location: York, PA, 17403

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our Long-Term Care (LTC) team in York, PA. The ideal candidate will support pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulatory standards to provide exceptional care to our LTC patients. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications for long-term care facilities.

• Accurately count, measure, and label medications according to prescriptions and protocols.

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.

• Maintain accurate patient and medication records in the pharmacy system.

• Communicate effectively with pharmacists, healthcare providers, and LTC facility staff.

• Assist in the preparation of medication packaging and delivery for LTC patients.

• Support quality assurance and safety initiatives within the pharmacy department.
