Territory Account Manager

Adecco Permanent Recruitment is partnering with a long-standing, privately held industrial distribution company seeking an experienced Territory Account Manager to support a large, established territory in the San Joaquin Valley & Central Valley . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the field, walking plant floors, building relationships with maintenance and operations teams, and selling technical products or solutions into industrial environments. The territory is already established with a strong customer base, meaningful revenue volume, and continued room for growth. We are looking for someone who can manage existing relationships while also developing new business across manufacturing, food/ag, facility, utility, and plant-level accounts. Position Highlights: Large, profitable Central Valley territory with an established book of business Territory includes Fresno, Clovis, Bakersfield, and surrounding markets Outside sales role with regular customer visits and full territory ownership Ideal for someone with 7-10+ years of B2B outside sales experience in industrial products, HVAC, piping, valves, pumps, water systems, MRO, fuel/lubricants, industrial gases, mechanical equipment, chemicals, sanitation, or similar technical/product-based sales Strong fit for candidates who understand plant/facility environments and are comfortable selling to operations, maintenance, procurement, and leadership teams Opportunity to grow a high-performing territory through both account management and new business development Company offers strong retention, long-tenued leadership, and a family-first culture $120K-160K+ OTE, depending on experience and performance Strong compensation package including base salary, car allowance, incentive plan, profit sharing, 401(k), and generous PTO This could be a great fit for someone who is relationship-driven, mechanically inclined, hands-on, and looking for a stable company where they can truly own and grow a territory.
