CNC Machinist

Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and adjust CNC machines to produce precision parts to specification. Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings. Select tools, fixtures, and materials for each job and verify machine setup before production. Monitor machine performance and make offsets or adjustments as needed to maintain quality. Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools. Troubleshoot machining or tooling issues and perform routine machine maintenance. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following company safety standards. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals, deadlines, and quality expectations. Qualifications Experience operating and setting up CNC mills, lathes, grinders, or similar equipment. Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments accurately. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. Technical training or machining certification is a plus but not required if experience is strong.
