Job Description & Requirements Dermatology StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $600000.00 - $700000.00 Permanent Mohs Surgery opportunity in Rogers, Arkansas
Position Highlights: Location: Work in our busy office in Rogers, AR. 4 Mohs suites with onsite Mohs lab Schedule: Flexible scheduling options including 4-day work week Focus: Majority Mohs surgery with some general dermatology required during the first 1-2 years. Volume: Over 1,000 cases first year with unlimited potential for growth. Support: Join a dynamic team of RN’s, 3 MA’s per provider for general dermatology with more for Mohs surgeons, multiple highly trained midlevel’s, general dermatologist, and a Mohs surgeon. Culture: Collaborative, physician-led environment that prioritizes quality care, physician autonomy, and work-life balance.
Candidate Profile: Required: Board-certified Dermatologist; Strongly prefer Fellowship-trained Mohs Surgeon. Ideal Fit: Hardworking, team-oriented, and focused on high surgical volume and patient care – not academia. Someone who enjoys producing has a laid-back but driven attitude, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth setting. Personality: Easygoing, humble, and adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for Mohs surgery.
Compensation & Benefits: Income Potential: General Dermatology option as well: Starting at $600K + $50K sign-on Experienced Mohs Surgeons: $700K+ 100k sign-on, depending on case volume Beginning year 2, shift to a production model of 45% collections up to 1MIL then 50% of collections above 1 MIL with potential for Partnership. 5% of PA collections for supervising a PA– approximation of 50k per year, if interested in overseeing a midlevel provider
