Position - Material handler

Job Location - Ripon, WI

Starting Date - ASAP

Employment Term - Temp to hire

Employment Type - Full time

Work Hours (Shift) - 1st and 2nd shift openings

Starting Pay - $18 to $19 per hour

Required Experience - Prior forklift experience

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials, components, and finished goods to and from production areas.
• Load and unload trailers, stage inventory, and maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Safely operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, staging carts, etc.).
• Keep staging areas and production lines organized and supplied.
• Cross-Train & Assist: Be ready to step in, cross-train, and support other departments ( assembly, packaging, or shipping/receiving) as production demands shift.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, material handling, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong team-player attitude with a willingness to learn multiple departments and tasks.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull inventory safely throughout the shift.
• Good attention to detail and reliable attendance.
• Safety-first mindset.
• Shift Flexibility: Choose between 1st Shift or 2nd Shift
• Skill Growth: Opportunities to cross-train across different departments to expand your skill set and keep your workday varied.
