Internet Sales Manager

This role is the tip of the spear for our dealership. You will be responsible for managing internet leads, executing daily outbound prospecting habits, and setting firm appointments for the showroom floor. We are looking for disciplined individuals who understand that consistency and relentless follow-up generate results. Responsibilities Lead Management: Respond immediately to all internet inquiries and inbound sales calls with a professional, customer-first approach. Appointment Setting: Convert digital and phone leads into solid showroom appointments, ensuring a seamless handoff to the floor sales team. Pipeline Follow-Up: Execute a structured daily follow-up process for unsold prospects, maintaining meticulous records in the CRM. Habit-Driven Execution: Hit daily lead measures for calls, emails, and texts to build a predictable, high-volume pipeline. Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of our current Chevrolet inventory, incentives, and digital pull-board sales programs to create urgency. Requirements Experience: Previous Sales, Internet sales, BDCor call center experience is preferred, but we will train the right highly-motivated candidate. Process-Driven: A systems-first individual who thrives on checklists, call logs, and daily execution. Resilience: The ability to handle rejection neutrally, stay motivated, and keep moving forward to the next opportunity. Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; you must be able to craft compelling emails and speak confidently on the phone.
