Parham Doctors’ Hospital is seeking New Grad RNs for our Progressive Care Unit Residency in Richmond, VA. As part of HCA Virginia, you’ll join a collaborative, patient-focused team caring for medically complex adults who require close monitoring. Under the guidance of experienced preceptors, you will develop strong assessment, telemetry, and critical-thinking skills while providing evidence-based bedside care. The residency combines classroom education, simulation, and mentored clinical rotations, with a strong focus on safety, communication, and professional growth in a supportive hospital environment.
