Sanimax is looking to hire a Production Laborer to work the night shift. The hours are 6:00 PM - 6:20 AM working a 2/2/3 schedule. Why join Sanimax as a Plant Operator? Starting pay $22/hr with increase after 30 days Pay grows as you learn new roles 3% quarterly bonus Career advancement opportunities 401(k) match up to 5% Stable company with 85 years in business As a Plant Operator you will be responsible for: Backup trailers to the pit areas Loading & unloading rail cars Provide coverage for any area of plant operation Trouble shooting and repairing equipment failures as appropriate Maintain a clean work environment Perform other duties as assigned Outside work required- will work in summer/winter temperatures Skills and Experience required: 1 year work related experience High School diploma or equivalent preferred Able to stay physically active throughout the shift Strong communication skills Forklift experience a plus (training available) Give meaning to your career and help us make a difference: become a transformation champion!
