What You'll Do:

• Greet customers and create a welcoming dealership experience.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget.
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
• Follow up with prospective customers by phone, email, text, and CRM.
• Maintain knowledge of Subaru products, features, incentives, and financing options.
• Work closely with Sales Management and Finance to provide a smooth vehicle purchase and delivery experience.
• Generate new business through referrals, repeat customers, prospecting, and community networking.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous automotive sales experience.
• Retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or commission-based sales experience.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Knowledge of Subaru products and brand values.

Automotive sales experience is preferred, but motivated candidates with strong customer service or sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
