Location: Northwest Atlanta Area
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite
Compensation: $40,000–$42,000 annually

About the Opportunity

Our client, a well-established and growing distributor serving the HVAC, building automation, and industrial markets , is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The Customer Service Representative will assist customers with orders, product questions, shipment information, and other day-to-day service needs while working closely with sales and warehouse teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service by phone, email, and in person
• Enter and process customer orders accurately using an ERP/order management system
• Assist customers with product questions and order-related needs
• Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Track orders and shipments and communicate updates to customers
• Process returns and assist with problem resolution
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Assist walk-in customers with orders and product needs
• Help identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service, call center, or inside sales experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable handling a high volume of customer interactions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Experience working with ERP, order entry, or similar business systems
• Dependable, professional, and comfortable working as part of a team

Preferred Experience

• HVAC, electrical, industrial, or technical product experience
• Distribution or supply chain industry experience
• Salesforce experience
