About the Role As a Financial Sales Broker, you will work directly with business owners to understand their funding needs and provide tailored financial solutions. Learn and apply advanced sales strategies to uncover client needs and present funding solutions. Build, maintain, and manage a strong sales pipeline. Collaborate with experienced brokers and learn from top industry professionals. Progress toward a Senior Broker role with substantial earning potential. Training & Compensation We believe in investing heavily in our people. That’s why we provide a 15-week structured training program designed to turn entry-level recruits into top-producing brokers. $600 base salary per week + commissions Top 10% earn $1,200+ per week during training $700 base salary per week + commissions. Top 10% earn $2,500+ per week Senior Broker (Average 8-12 months to achieve) $865 base salary per week + commissions.
