Role Description This is a part-time, on-site position for a Home Health Aide located in the Washington County area. The Home Health Aide will assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and monitoring their overall well-being. The role involves providing emotional support, maintaining open communication, and fostering a positive and safe environment for clients in their own homes. Qualifications Proficient in supporting Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including mobility assistance, bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Strong Home Care and Patient Care skills to provide a safe, clean, and compassionate environment for clients. Excellent Personal Care abilities, including maintaining hygiene and assisting with grooming, toileting, and other personal needs. Effective Communication skills to interact empathetically and clearly with clients, families, and team members. Ability to work independently with a high degree of reliability and professionalism. Experience in a caregiving role or certification as a Home Health Aide (preferred). Basic knowledge of healthcare protocols and a commitment to client safety and privacy.
