It's part of Aegon, an integrated, diversified, international financial services group serving approximately 23.9 million customers worldwide.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesReview and audit the agent contract file for required forms and documents.Prepare the state specific licensing/appointment paperwork.Add the agents to the database.Maintain records, handle inquiries and conducts research as needed for the agent files.Process licensing paperwork to the appropriate states in a timely and accurate manner.QualificationsUp to 1 year work experience.Mainframe experience.Basic Word and Excel skills.Preferred QualificationsAssociates degree preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong knowledge of State Contract and Licensing Rules.Customer service skills.Strong problem solving and analytical skills.Ability to accurately process a high volume of work efficiently.Working ConditionsThis is a hybrid position requiring three days (Tuesday-Thursday) in office per week in one of our hub locations (Cedar Rapids, Philadelphia, or Denver).Relocation assistance will not be provided for this positionCompensationThe hourly rate for this position generally ranges between $15.50 -$19.00 hourly. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs.
