Customer Enablement Manager

To support revenue-generating teams, the full-time remote Customer Enablement Manager will design, execute, and continuously improve scalable enablement programs that equip staff with the necessary knowledge, skills, tools, and processes for effective sales. Key responsibilities: Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement strategic enablement initiatives aligned with business priorities Own end-to-end enablement programs, including planning, execution, and measurement of effectiveness through various training formats Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and influence enablement solutions across the organization Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree is required 5-7+ years of experience in Enablement, Operations, Strategy, or a similar role Proven experience in building training programs and supporting sales organizations Strong project management and stakeholder management skills Experience with learning management systems and sales tools
