THE SKILLS YOU BRING A natural ability to create genuine connection with students, including people you've just met. Strong knowledge of yoga techniques, sequencing, and safe instruction. HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT Arrive 15 to 30 minutes before class to prepare the room and greet students as they arrive. Set up the space intentionally, including props, mat spacing, music, lighting, and temperature. Make a personal connection with each student, learning names and checking in on how they're feeling. Lead safe, creative, energizing classes that show your personality while following YogaSix standards for each class format. Offer encouragement and options so every student, whether novice or experienced, leaves feeling empowered. Deliver a consistent, high-quality experience so students know what to expect every time they walk in. Follow up with students after class to celebrate wins, answer questions, and invite them back. Help keep the studio clean, safe, and inviting for the next class. Build community by showing up for studio events, supporting teammates, and taking classes yourself. Participate in coaching, feedback sessions, and ongoing training to keep growing as a teacher. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 200‑hour Yoga Alliance certification for yoga classes. Group fitness certification and experience for Sculpt and Core (Mat Pilates) classes. 1+ years of teaching experience preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
