About the Role
The Company is seeking a Multinational Team Leader to play a pivotal role in the achievement of profitable production growth within the property and casualty business. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of underwriters, contributing to the business plan, and maintaining a strong focus on new and renewal multinational accounts. This role involves not only the management of a team but also the establishment and nurturing of business relationships with brokers, clients, and other key stakeholders to ensure a steady flow of new business opportunities. The Multinational Team Leader will also be involved in the training and development of new employees and will be expected to proactively manage key performance indicators to meet the desired results. Applicants for the Multinational Team Leader position at the company should have a proven track record in a similar role, with experience in underwriting, pricing, and maintaining commercial accounts with significant international exposures. The role requires the ability to market and represent various multinational segments and business products effectively.
