This position is responsible for leading production personnel, ensuring food safety compliance, maintaining productivity standards, and achieving key operational metrics.Key Responsibilities* Assign employees to workstations and coordinate staffing throughout the shift* Schedule employee breaks and ensure adequate production coverage* Supervise production activities to maximize output while minimizing downtime and waste* Collaborate with maintenance teams to coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance activities* Complete shift reports and communicate operational issues to management* Train, coach, evaluate, and develop production employees* Maintain a positive team-oriented work environment* Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies* Monitor warehouse and sanitation operations to support production goals* Track and improve key performance indicators related to quality, efficiency, and safety### Qualifications* Previous supervisory or management experience in manufacturing or production environments* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment* HACCP certification or ability to obtain certification within six months* High school diploma or equivalent required* Additional college coursework preferredPreferred Experience* 5+ years of manufacturing or production experience* 3+ years of supervisory experience* Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred### Benefits* Medical, dental, and vision coverage* 401(k) with company match* Paid time off #J-18808-Ljbffr
