Join Our Team as a Full-Time or PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) - Casper, WY Casper Mountain is seeking a Full-Time or PRN Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Casper, Wyoming. Offering a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Position Overview As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs using evidence-based practices to enhance residents' independence and quality of life. You'll also play a vital role in patient and family education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and accurate documentation of care. Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents to identify functional impairments and therapy needs
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on ADLs and IADLs
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with the care team
- Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications for safety and independence
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on functional recovery strategies
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulations
- Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and facility guidelines
- Active Wyoming Occupational Therapist license
- In good standing with all applicable licensing boards
- Experience in Skilled Nursing or long-term care preferred
- Familiarity with Net Health documentation system is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse populations
