Unit Specifics:

Number of Beds: 33

Patient Ratios: 6:1 days, 7:1 nights

Unit staffing description - (unit secretaries and tech availability): 3 techs per shift, US on dayshift

Type of equipment: IVs, Kangaroo pumps, SCDs

Documentation system: Meditech

Scheduling requirements: every other weekend

Floating policy: will float in rotation to other appropriate areas when needed
