Qualifications: * Dental Assisting Certification required * 1 year+ experience preferred * Comprehensive understanding of dental instruments * Exceptional customer service and strong communication skills * Bilingual English/Spanish, beneficial but not required. Job description: * Perform routine dental cleanings and assist with operative procedures * Take digital x-rays * Assist in maintaining dental records * Prepare examination/operative rooms, sterilize all instruments according to OSHA guidelines. * Teach patients appropriate oral hygiene strategies (e.g., tooth brushing, flossing and nutritional counseling) * Help other areas of office when necessary (answering phones, scheduling appointments) * Have fun and smile!
