Job Description Assist in planning and scheduling construction projects to meet deadlines. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise. Prepare and review project documentation, including budgets and reports. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Support procurement processes and manage resources effectively. Conduct site visits to oversee project milestones and provide updates. Collaborate with senior management to align project goals with company objectives. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Project Manager should have: A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and project management principles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various project aspects. Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders. Problem-solving abilities to address project challenges promptly. Familiarity with project management software and tools.
