Remote Secured Lending Quality Manager

Upstart is seeking a Secured Lending Quality Manager to lead quality control across origination, servicing, and collections. You will manage pre-close and post-close reviews, compliance testing, and investor defect analyses while partnering with Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Risk to scale a modern, data-driven quality program.

This role focuses on strengthening quality infrastructure in a fast-moving lending environment, preparing for audits, and driving improvement across the secured
