PGIM Real Estate, Senior Servicing Specialist (Hybrid)

What you will do: The candidate will be responsible for servicing processes throughout the life cycle of all loans serviced by PRELS, focusing on Prudential’s General Account and 3rd Party participated loans. The candidate will learn multiple systems and utilize financial, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, working independently and in a team with borrowers, asset managers, investor reporting and accounting teams. What you can expect: Handle all servicing functions throughout the life of the loan: new loan boarding, cash processing, billing, disbursement, expense processing, rate cap monitoring, cash management, system updates for loan modification, and payoff calculations. Manage incoming borrower inquiries and requests, providing excellent customer service written and verbal. Prepare and maintain manual interest calculations and create amortization schedules for complex loan structures. Monitor daily and monthly reports (system exception, suspense, delinquency) to ensure accuracy, researching and resolving issues and exceptions. Proactively perform servicing tasks and servicing loan triggers. Read and interpret servicing agreements, loan documents, and governing documents to ensure accurate new loan boarding and monitoring. Maintain relationships with Accounting, Asset Management, Special Servicing, other servicing teams and PGIM offices. Review current processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer service. What you will bring: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred). Commercial loan mortgage servicing experience with a detailed understanding of commercial mortgage loan documents, servicing agreements, loan terms, complex loan structures, servicing functions, and process flows. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, calculations). Strong customer‑oriented teamwork skills, written and verbal communication, professionalism and teamwork. What will set you apart: Commercial servicing experience. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and willingness to assist other members. Self‑starter with a strong sense of urgency. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to multi‑task and work independently in a time‑sensitive environment.
