Opportunity:

Multimodality Tech (CT/X-Ray)

Job Details:

• Work three 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirements
• May float to West Ashley FSED or Kiawah as needed within scope
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks (guaranteed hours policy)
• Provide quality imaging and patient care within X-ray and CT modalities
• Explain procedures clearly to patients and ensure competency in procedures performed
• Produce images for interpretation and/or at the request of a licensed practitioner
• Treat patients across all age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Common patient diagnoses include STEMI, stroke/CVA, cardiac, abdominal, and trauma cases
• Work with Siemens CT and Siemens X-Ray equipment
• Charting system: Epic
• Scrub color: Teal blue top, black bottoms
• Parking cost applies on nights and weekends only (one-time $20 parking pass payment)
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Must be registered in both Radiography (ARRT)(R) and Computed Tomography (ARRT)(CT)
• Additional required certifications: SCRQSA, BLS, South Carolina license
• Required experience: Adult inpatient, emergency, Siemens/PACS, and Epic
• Preferred experience: Level I/Level II Trauma, pediatrics, and orthopedic exams in both modalities
• Radiation badge must be provided by agency
• 60-mile radius rule applies
