What you'll do: Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filters, and basic maintenance services. Diagnose and report potential repairs. Work efficiently to complete flat-rate hours while maintaining quality. Keep your bay clean and organized. Communicate with team members and advisors for smooth service flow.

What we're looking for: Experience servicing various vehicle makes/models. Diesel experience? Even better! High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on ability. Team-oriented mindset and solid communication skills. Professional appearance and a positive, customer-focused attitude. Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and working on your feet.
