HVAC Commercial Estimator

Our client, a well-established commercial HVAC company serving San Diego County for more than 43 years, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial HVAC Estimator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking for the chance to work with an industry leader. Location & Compensation San Diego County, CA $25-$30/hr DOE Schedule Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Overtime available on Saturdays as needed This is a fully office-based position No travel to customer homes or job sites is required Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate estimates, quotes, and proposals for commercial HVAC projects Review project specifications, labor requirements, and material costs Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate project pricing Manage customer communication and project details through CRM software Support operations and project teams with timely and accurate quoting Maintain organized project documentation and follow-up activities Assist with bid preparation and pricing analysis for commercial projects Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of commercial HVAC industry experience Commercial HVAC estimating experience is required Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and terminology Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Experience with project coordination, construction estimating, or technical sales is a plus All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
