Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the coordination and execution of the Distribution Center's cycle count
• Provide consistent, transparent, in-the-moment coaching, and actional feedback to the team to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
• Partners with management team to sustain workplace health and safety requirements according to OSHA regulations and the Company safety policies
• Ensures workflow and processes are to maximum efficiencies for the business necessity
• Lead, guide, and coach team to accomplish common goals
• Creates and presents weekly variance reports for audit compliance
• Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.
• Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management.
• Adhere to all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management.
