COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
* $20-25/hr
* Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
ROLE IMPACT
Support the Supervision team through reporting, systems support, and data analysis within a financial services environment. Gain hands-on experience with supervisory processes, regulatory controls, and cross-functional operations while building skills in Microsoft Excel, reporting, data validation, and problem-solving.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Prepare and maintain Supervision reporting used by Supervision Principals and leadership to provide insight into field and home office activity.
* Support ad hoc reporting, data analysis, system testing, data validation, and process improvement efforts.
* Coordinate with internal business partners to track and help resolve outstanding issues and respond to inquiries under supervision.
* Maintain policy and procedure documentation and learn Written Supervisory Procedures (WSP), the Compliance Manual (CM), and core controls.
* Participate in team meetings, training, special projects, and cross-functional interactions while communicating with internal and external business partners as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
* Strong attention to detail, organization, written and verbal communication, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
