• must have pallet jack or electric pallet jack experience
• forklift and erp experience is a plus
• lift, move, and sort products — sometimes by hand, sometimes with equipment
• pick, pack, and prep orders so they're ready to roll
• use scanners or handhelds to keep track of what's moving (we'll train you)
• stay on your feet, lift up to 60 lbs, and keep a steady pace
• follow safety rules and keep the floor clear
• pay attention to the details — labels, counts, and orders matter
• show up, clock in, and put in a solid day's work
• work with your crew to get the job done — no drama, just teamwork
• jump on extra shifts or overtime when needed
