LOCATION

Plano, TX with in-office presence required Periodic travel to field markets What You Will Do Own enterprise learning strategy, initially focused on field teams and market leadership Lead the company’s internal university, including learning paths, curriculum, governance, and credentialing Scale onboarding to improve speed-to-productivity and retention Develop and deliver training during the build phase, then transition toward broader architecture and governance Build learning into M&A integration and AI adoption, helping employees quickly adopt new systems, tools, and operating practices Own the learning technology strategy, including the LMS, content tools, and AI-assisted development Measure learning against business outcomes including turnover, ramp time, compliance, technology adoption, and execution consistency The Background That Fits 5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise learning, talent development, or field capability Experience in a multi-unit or distributed service organization, such as property management, hospitality, franchise, or retail operations Proven experience building learning architecture, onboarding programs, capability models, and role-based learning paths Comfortable operating at both levels: advising senior leaders while also building and delivering training Experience connecting L&D programs to measurable business outcomes Working knowledge of LMS platforms, content authoring tools, and AI-assisted learning technology #J-18808-Ljbffr AccruePartners
