Globe Life Liberty National Division is expanding and seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Benefits Representatives. No prior insurance experience is required—we provide complete training and mentorship.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with backgrounds in sales, customer service, management, hospitality, athletics, military service, or those looking for a career change.

What You'll Do

Meet with business owners, employees, and families
Explain available supplemental benefits programs
Help clients select coverage that meets their needs
Build relationships within the local community
Provide outstanding customer service and follow-up support
