At SYNERGY HomeCare we create a world of care at home for all, which means you will have the opportunity to care for a wide variety of people spanning all ages and abilities. We primarily provide daily care for the disabled, helping them in the mornings and evenings, allowing them to live as independently as possible. This type of work is deeply rewarding and perfect for caregivers who are passionate about making a difference in people's lives.

SYNERGY HomeCare Offers:

• Competitive pay ($16.50-$18 per hour)
• Paid Time Off (PTO) beginning day one
• Paid orientation and ongoing training
• Time-and-a-half pay for all major holidays
• Flexible schedules and matching caregivers with nearby clients
• Medical benefits through Medallus for both full and part-time employees for just $15 per month regardless of status. (Family coverage for only $85-$90/month for up to 6 people)
• Pay for travel time between clients (if seeing multiple clients in the same day)
• Up to $350 for CNA School tuition after 3 months of solid job performance

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Help clients get up in the morning, or down for the evening
• Assist with personal care, dressing, grooming, incontinence, bathing, and ambulating including Hoyer Lifts
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

Schedules:

• 05:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• 05:00 AM – 12:00 AM
• PRN

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Have at least 6 months of caregiver experience with family, agency, or facility (not needed if you have your CNA)
• Have or acquire CPR/First Aid certification (may obtain after interview)
• Be able to pass a national background check
• A valid driver's license, proof of car insurance/registration, and a reliable car
