About the Role: We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home therapy services to adult patients in Westminster, CO. In this role, you will assess and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders through individualized therapy delivered in the comfort of patients’ homes. You will play a key role in helping adults improve communication, safety, and overall quality of life while maintaining independence in their daily environment. Compensation & Scheduling: Competitive Pay: $70.00 – $85.00 per routine visit Part-time and PRN schedules available Flexible Schedule: Designed to support a healthy work-life balance while meeting your professional goals Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for adult patients. Provide therapy for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in the home setting. Educate patients and caregivers to support therapy carryover and promote independence. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with home health regulations and collaborate with the care team for holistic patient care. Qualifications: A master's or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) ASHA Certification or documentation of passing PRAXIS exam and completion of a Clinical Fellow/Externship Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License in the state of Colorado Possesses and maintains current CPR certification Valid driver’s license and auto insurance A minimum of 1-year clinical experience in Speech Language Pathology is preferred, but not required Benefits: Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance options to support your overall health and well-being.
