Key Responsibilities: Travel extensively to customer sites across the US and globally to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heavy‑duty vibratory equipment. Conduct thorough preventive maintenance inspections and provide on‑site training to ensure our customers get the most out of their machinery. Collaborate closely with our internal engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams by providing crucial feedback from the field. Act as a trusted advisor to our clients by recommending and promoting component part upgrades in a consultative, service‑first manner. Document all service activities, modifications, and safety observations meticulously to maintain our high standards of excellence. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field. Strong hands‑on mechanical ability with a proven track record of solving complex technical problems. The willingness and physical ability to travel 80 to 90 percent of the time, including international trips lasting up to several weeks. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams. The ability to obtain a passport and a readiness to work in diverse, sometimes harsh industrial environments.
