Server Assistant – Food Runner Location: 19D38 – Flight Club New York City – New York, NY 10003. Position Type: Part Time (also Full Time). Salary Range: $11.35 – $17.00 hourly. Position Purpose Server assistants are responsible for assisting the team in delivering each guest a unique high‑quality experience with passion and knowledge in an energetic atmosphere. The position is a dual role responsible for proper food delivery and cleanliness throughout the shift. Foster a positive environment by training new runners and supporting teammates during high‑pressure situations. Maintain gaming equipment condition including sanitation. Utilize organizational skills to manage time and tasks, reducing waste and maximizing efficiency. Follow health and safety guidelines, reporting hazardous situations. Execute opening and closing procedures swiftly and efficiently. Multitask effectively during peak times to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and enthusiasm throughout each shift. Exams Must pass exams with a 90% or better in each of the following categories: Food All issued training testing throughout employment Requirements & Minimum Qualifications Current food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment. Minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably within a high‑volume environment. Available to work various shift times and days, including weekends and holidays. Able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time. Ability to lift over 50 lbs if necessary. Authorized to legally work in the USA. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay of $11.35 plus tips.
