Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source candidates and review resumes to identify the best potential fits for our open positions. In-Person Interviews: Lead face-to-face interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and professional experience. Candidate Management: Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring consistent and professional communication throughout the hiring lifecycle. Strategic Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to streamline the recruitment cycle and meet staffing goals. On-Site Presence: Must be able to conduct interviews and manage tasks in person at our Manhattan office. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
