About the Role

As our Digital Graphic Designer , you’ll create high-impact visual content across SABRE’s eCommerce, web, social, and digital marketing channels.

This is a digital-first design role focused on product storytelling, conversion-driven creative, and brand consistency. You’ll work across product detail pages (PDPs), website content, email campaigns, and social media — while also contributing to photography and video content development.

You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, and Product teams to bring ideas to life and continuously improve content performance.

Compensation and Work Details

✅ $75,000–$80,000 annual salary (based on experience)

✅ 40 hours per week | Hybrid schedule: 4 days on-site, 1 day remote

✅ Chicago, IL (Loop area) office

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Ecommerce & Website Design

• Design product detail page (PDP) content, comparison charts, icons, and feature visuals
• Create homepage, landing page, and category graphics
• Ensure designs support conversion and are optimized for web performance
• Maintain consistency with SABRE’s brand standards

Social & Digital Content

• Create engaging graphics and motion assets for social media and digital campaigns
• Develop content for email marketing and promotions
• Adapt designs across platforms while maintaining brand consistency
• Stay current on social and digital design trends

Photography & Video Content

• Conceptualize and execute product photography and video content
• Showcase product features, use cases, and benefits
• Edit and optimize visual assets for multiple channels
• Manage and organize digital asset libraries

Collaboration & Creative Strategy

• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Ecommerce, Product, and Sales teams
• Translate business needs and creative briefs into strong visual solutions
• Use performance feedback and data to refine and improve creative content
• Contribute ideas that elevate the brand and differentiate SABRE in the market

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or similar (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of digital graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
• Experience designing for:

*Ecommerce (PDPs, product content)

*Websites and landing pages

*Social media and digital marketing campaigns

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Experience with photography and video content creation/editing
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency

Nice-to-Have

• Ecommerce or DTC brand experience
• Familiarity with CRO (conversion rate optimization) or performance-based creative
• Experience with CMS or ecommerce platforms
• Motion graphics or animation skills
