Job Summary
Medical Surgical Floor RN Farmington, NM. This role involves providing care within a 24-bed Nephrology unit, focusing on Geriatric and Adult patient populations. The position offers an opportunity to work at a Level III trauma center with state-of-the-art operating suites, serving a diverse region across the Four Corners area.

Job Details

• Position Description: Backfill, with employment at a 198-bed facility providing comprehensive healthcare services, including medical, surgical, and rehabilitation care.
• Required Qualifications: Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association, at least 1 year of Med/Surg experience, upon hire.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:30, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Experience in Observation Units and Nephrology is preferred, along with prior charge nurse experience. The unit utilizes Cerner electronic health records, with equipment including VS machines, bladder scanners, lifts, thermal imaging, and IV pumps/tubes.
• Submission Requirements: Submission of a current resume and completed submission form.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
