Life at One of the Kids: We are currently looking to add a Clinical Supervisor, BCBA to our tight-knit team: Certified as a BCBA with 1+ year of BCBA-related experience preferred but not required. Manageable small caseload of 5-6 comprehensive program clients (140-160 direct therapy hours under supervision). Center-based in South Austin. Flexible schedule within operating hours between 8:30AM and 5PM weekdays. No weekends or after hours. Dedicated to serving and caring for our families. Compassionate, responsive leader who is committed to serving and developing their team. Passionate about ABA, research, best practices, and elevating standards. Enjoys working collaboratively with other disciplines and individualizing treatment. Creative, flexible, and skilled with naturalistic teaching strategies. Believes in Fun. Love Our Families, Love What You Do: Salary $75,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience level, plus a quarterly performance-based bonus. Sign-on bonus.
